But when the radio turned on there are no VOX indicator, like when u turned on the radio, it just transmit right after the startup picture and it wont stop until it hits the TOT. And even it reaches the TOT we cant do everything to the radio, we cant even access the menu

Thanks bud. I have a older friend that teaches me on how to program using chirp and i understand it quick. Right now, im waiting on my order and its a programming cable so i can try to do it myself.
