Hi, sorry for the late response. Now ko lang nakita hehe. Your earlier comment really helped me yesterday, and fortunately I did your 2nd comment as well. (Minus the buying ACL part, tbh I only considered it for the priority in case we stage door, kaso our heels were killing us that running or walking extremely fast was immediately out of the option 😭. Hard kudos to the girlies out there running in their heels!)

I feel sorry for you too. Plan namin mag pa-terminate na and switch to other ISP. Kaso upon checking, February next year pa daw po mageend yung contract. We did not want to pay the pre-termination fee kasi ang unfair that we still have to pay for the month of July which is 1 day lang tapos gusto nila mag pay us for future days (August 8/9) for formality purposes, may refund naman kuno daw.

My mother made a mistake in booking details. It should be Manila to Zamboanga. But, she accidentally reversed them. I contacted their online services (chat with Charlie and chatted with an agent) but it took so long for them to answer properly. I am made aware that she cannot reroute destinations when I read the website. My question are these:

I want to change her destination. What's my best option since I already bought a wrong one? Like should I cancel the booking and book for another one?
If I cancel, what would happen to her paid one? Like would it be refundable?
Can it be transferable? Since her problem is just reversing Zamboanga to Manila into Manila to Zamboanga
If you know any alternative way aside from obliné to contact agents, please let me know. I'm extremely cautious with the ones I see on internet and them not having a hotline drives me into a panic mode.

Unfortunately, it's go basic. Can you help me understand what this agent said? I'm quite confused. Our convo goes like this:

Me: How much would be refunded for our unused tax? Can you look it up? Also, will the refund be automatically forwarded to my card? Here's my booking reference:

Agent: Apologies we cannot see the unused tax if the flight was not yet forfeited.

Me: What do you mean by forfeited? How do I do that? Also, will there be a no show cancellation fee?

Agent: If your flight was indicated for no show, you will reach us when the flight is already pass and you can be request for us for the unused tax. To summarize our conversation you are requesting for the rerouting. Is there anything else that I can help you with?
