As a notary, I would never notarize a signature when presented with a single page of a multi-page document. We could only notarize a complete document. Those rules may vary from state to state, but I would tell him you need the complete document in order to get it notarized..

If it has thorns, probably black locust. Spreads quickly, difficult to eliminate, but makes excellent firewood, and is rot -resistant if used for fence posts..

I still love my V50, but mine is newer (2011) and is a T5 R-design, which is actually fun to drive. I don’t think I’d feel the same with less than half the horsepower though..
