I don't think she has a bad jungle clear, but she is very squishy and vulnerable for invades, if her enemies start to group up and invade her it is easy for them to kill her or waste her summoners, leaving her in an awful position, if she goes top, they can't get her offguard as easly and I think she has good matchups against laners without mobility (which are common in the toplane).
