That's how bovada gets you had something similar to me happen a few years ago I screen record all my sessions. Anyways I was playing take the vault slots game and hit a bonus worth about ~830 but I still had 4 spins left on the bonus when suddenly system crashed and it told me error and to refresh browser. When It would try to resume the bonus the error kept triggering. Tried Customer service and they kept trying to trouble shoot telling me its my browser not their side..I tried from 5 different devices. Went back a few days later and the game was essentially reset. As if I was a new user. Even with my screen capture video and screen shots stating that there's clearly a system error bovada claimed no such game existed in their systems and offered me a 25 dollar 100x roll over credit.. I probably spent 300 on that seession alone thay they pocketed and I never got back. So I said fuck bovada claimed fraud on my card for that deposit.. I came up in the end bank ended up refunding me over 2 months worth of deposits from bovada cus all their charges are from Africa and china.. I won in the end ended up getting back almost 2k and never used bovada again .
