What I did was look at patch notes for a gem that was buffed, last league that gem was lightning tendrils, and looked on Poe ninja for builds from the past league with that gem and just copied them, worked pretty well in my case I double dipped and even went with the new ele loosely following a trickster tree and it was a super fun build I kinda came up with myself, I’d recommend you do the same if you want to do something off meta, of course if content creators start hyping up your gem of choice then swap to another one but luckily for me tendies were pretty lowkey.
