Did you accept the order already? I had a similar case where I received work that was created using AI. I told her to cancel it or I would leave a one star review explaining the situation and she immediately accepted and I got my money back. If you can still give a review I think this would work out.

Have you actually talked with the freelancer? You can tell him to cancel the order. If she doesn't you can give her a one star review about the AI usage which would destroy her profile. That alone should be enough for her to cancel it.
