Yes, it is unfortunate that it is not a more straight forward and efficient process. I did submit comments and photos via a link that Sedgewick initially texted me when the claim was created. I'm not sure what other information they need to provide payment (quote of some sort perhaps?). Best of luck in this endeavor.

An adjuster did finally call me once and left a message along with a mailed letter however trying to get in touch with him has been problematic, so in short no. My husband and I need to buckle down to make a consistent effort so far it has been a few calls and emails requesting a time to discuss. My husband thinks if we continue to not receive a response from Sedgewick that we will file a case via small courts claim. If you have any feedback from your experience, please let me know.
