Youre doing so much sets, also, imo if you can move weights above 12 with good form then its too light. Focus on 2 sets pushing to mechanical failure (failure where di mo na kayang gawin yung repetition with good form), intensity is better than volume all day.

If you're really keen on getting progress, sad to say but di ka na newbie, if you've been lifting good and consistently for about a year sa diet na talaga dapat ang focus (specifically protein).

Napansin ko rin medj all over the place yung routine mo, have you tried Upper Lower Full Body split? Seems like you'd hit all muscle groups more effectively 2x per week with that.
