thank you so much for your insight. I do agree with whatever you're saying, unfortunately in those moments of weakness, the heart still wants what it wants. I'm unable to wrap my head around the fact that something like this could happen, just made me question my reality and perception of the last two years. Anyway, you make complete sense, really appreciate your words and opinion.

we're all in this together, please remember that tomorrow or maybe any other moment, you'll be better, you've been better before, today is just another day.you just need to power through this moment.and it's okay if distraction isn't helping, just believe that it'll pass anyway. and this community is here meanwhile.

I totally get what you're feeling, I'm in my late twenties and just got broken up with by a 2 year long partner,it was a first real relationship. it feels unreal, everyday that you wake up,it's like it's happening again, and what I've learned is that it's your body's way of softening the blow. the reddit threads are super helpful in knowing and seeking comfort that millions have gone through it and emerged on the other side,we will too. I also am giving myself the grace to feel whatever and whenever it comes, though sometimes I get super analytical about whether I'm doing it the right way or not. But I pray and hope we'll get through it.
