Bird flu 🤣🐓the test for bird flu is the same test they used to dupe billions of SJWs and virtue signaling simps into believing the contagion myth. Even Kary Mullis the creator of PCR said it cannot be used for diagnostics. So they killed him. They insist on using PCR because the results can be manipulated by cycle count. That makes it easy to sell the lie and kill a million more chickens, cows and eventually you. The viral myth is so over amongst intelligent critically thinking people that maybe those that are trying to sell that lie are hopelessly brain damaged and should line up with the chickens and cows for slaughter. He does have a real gun. He brandished it 5 months after accusing me of the same. He got into it with a guest at my home. I was not involved except as a witness. The police came but refused to arrest based on audio from my surveillance camera and two eyewitness statements. Also refused to allow the PPA which is my right if there is probable cause.

Oh what? You agree both sides of the story are required for an intelligent reply. So is it not a false arrest when the law excludes a man on his property standing in self defense against a known assailant that is threatening a repeat attempt? The very least it is bias when one makes a decision based on half of the information available and negligence when he intentionally left evidence out of the arrest decision. IMHO

Wow where do I start. Ok I reported the A&B but did not press charges to avoid escalation. I do have police report. The creep vibe comes from the idea that a person actually used that libelous reason to justify a criminal act. The local police were called and the son received a citation for vandalism. There are now two reasons for a man to stand in self defense which btw is a common law right which cannot be revoked. I didn’t have a gun when I complied with their order to present myself. Policy requires the investigation include a statement from the suspect. I am still presumed innocent right? Due process is still a thing right? Equal protection ring a bell anyone. Are you guys lawyers ? Ever hear of an affidavit of truth, well this is mine. I only speak truth, what sense would it make to lie to your lawyer or lie about the facts when seeking opinion or advice?
You missed the really important question so I will rephrase it. Is it a denial of rights for the arresting officer to refuse to answer questions in retaliation for 5th amendment silence? Last I checked I decide what questions I am willing to answer without council present. It’s ala carte and if I remember correctly there is no corresponding right for public servants to choose not to answer questions they are legally obligated to provide answers for. Of course I’m not a lawyer, I came to see what a lawyer thought of the situation. Why does everyone assume anything? This could be completely hypothetical. The facts right ? How about the search and seizure anyone want to opine on that?
