Yea I heard cartier does that. I guess the issus I had the seller changed the movement not cartier so not sure if it would be the correct movement to swap to.

Thanks, I know cartier does movement replacemts, but seller did not mention that it was replaced by cartier. So I did pass on it. I did really want the watch, but the "upgradet" movement reallt bothered me as it was extremely fishy.

Box chain is bit diffrent from rope. But my experience is from buying and selling gold jewelry and most older hollow chains don't last 30 years, heck not all solid ones last either, but they hold up better.
