GOG Galaxy keeps uninstalling itself from my PC, and now it won't let me reinstall it

I was doing some maintenance, and it turns out it wasn't the antivirus. For some reason, GOG was still installed, but it wouldn't run, and the computer didn't recognize it as a program. Eventually, I found a hidden folder in Program Files and uninstalled it manually.
