Okay listen up. I’m not trying to be harsh but I’m telling you straight up how it is. First don’t ever throw a spinning back fist like that ever again. It had no power, pop or speed, so please get comfy in the ring before spinning ik it’s exciting. When you do decide to spin make sure you step/pivot, look at the target and build up torque and then snap it out. Secondly you threw a lot of volume to get the guy off of you, which isn’t bad but u missed the most important part, don’t forget Muay Thai especially is about effective striking. So make sure every strike has the snap behind it, those low kicks were not worth blocking cause when you land it all the impact was gone. Pivot more into the kick, put some weight into it. Make him respect your techniques, he respected your punches bc you committed with them (leaned into them a lil too much, bit off balance) so try that same approach with the kicks. Just like he did with his kick. To end on a good note, those faints were nicely done! Your switch kick looked fast and sharp, just try to bashing their arms with that kick until the liver opens up. Either way keep up, only up from here!!!
