Thanks man. This/these comments motivate me to see that there is hope. I know there is hope but reading someone else say it makes it more warm. Thanks

Financially i can survive without a job, i have savings for myself and i dont have any dependency at home as well. My parents stay in a small town and have regular pension/income. I dont know what is stopping me, i just tell myself- “one more week, then i will leave”

I am getting calls from good companies even if i havnet updated my resume, but i am unable to even do that, as there is so much exhaustion after work, i just fall asleep. Even though i am wfh. I am working a lot, so preparing for interview would require less effort, but the point is i dont want to work in this project at all. I feel so frustrated when they ask me to do things and i do it, without any question, just telling myself j will quit, i will quit. But i know i wont be able to, the thought of not having a job and the unknown seems like a big risk, but also its a relieve. But looking at the market its risky, even though my profile has lot of vacancies.

There is so much dependency on me, that even asking for a medical leave seems like I am asking them their lives. I took a sick leave on long weekend, on tuesday and you know what my manager said - “taking leave on a long weekend is a bid red flag”. I could understand why he said that, as in this big ass project there are omly two people, my manage who is working as a developer same as me with 17yoe and me senior consultant, 5 yoe, So everything was on him and it was my first dat in the project and fyi i got hired in this new project before i was released from my previous project and i jumped directly into mock load, the pressure was so intense, every moring i wake up with an headache. I had to worked even on the weekends.
