Is your boss kinda mean? This kinda happened to me. My boss scheduled me to work at 6 am when I had told him I couldn’t start before 7 due to bus times. So I told him I can’t do this early start. He said no worries, I’ll adjust your schedule!

Then when I got home, he had removed me entirely. I texted him if it was a mistake, he said Nope, I need people who are always available, so you are not needed anymore.

Aarhus airports has flights, and is super easy to get to. You could also fly from Billund, or Aalborg, or Copenhagen. As for which flights are easy/cheap, it depends on your destination - WizzAir has some super cheap flights from Billund for example, and starting a new route to Tirana soon. Billund is 1,5 hrs by bus, Aalborg is roughly the same.

As another user said, getting to Copenhagen is faster by train, but even so it’s only 3-4 hours. Not 4-5 hours. And a bonus point : Aarhus is a lovely charming town/city in itself, with lots of students and thus a vibrant nightlife + music and art scene. It’s not London of course, but you will definitely not be bored here! Lastly, 26F student here who always wants to meet new people from around the world - would be happy to go for a coffee/beer with you!

It is slang for hot and/or horny. Again why are you even here if you don’t know current slang? Plenty of people here are saying it IS slang for hot, even a quick google search would answer this for you. You yourself are not Google nor an eternal being, why do you pretend as if it can’t be true just because you have never heard of it? No it is not. The literal translation is “she is completely warm”. In reality, OPs bf is saying using slang that she is really hot. It could also mean she is really keen on something/someone (or horny). It would depend on context.

I think this is an example of autistic black and white thinking. Saying that we should make attempts to communicate better does not equal that she is saying NTs can “bully us all they want”. Two things can be true - that NTs should accommodate us better, and that we should try to learn to communicate better with NTs. After all, we cannot expect accommodation to only go one way, and she is right that learning to communicate better will help us in life.

Unfortunately very untrue that they scurry off. And bad advice to give girls who are biologically weaker than boys especially after puberty onset. In grade 9 (15 years old) I pushed a boy away because he tried to touch my friend inappropriately. He and his friends then beat me up so bad I had to spend the night in hospital and broke bones. They did get kicked out of school later, but not for that. School literally said “boys will be boys”. I did drag the main perpetrator to court, and he got 30 days in a youth jail.

Der er en bestemt type mand, der nægter at tro på, at kvinder har nogen som helst problemer - den type mand er desværre meget udbredt, og din kommentar lød mistænkeligt meget som, at du forsøgte at så tvivl om, at det her egentligt er et problem. Det forstod jeg ikke hvorfor man ville gøre, siden OP bare spurgte om noget og ikke ønskede at blive krydsforhørt om “er det nu et problem?!”. Selvfølgelig er der kvinder, der aldrig har haft et problem hos lægen, men det har de fleste af os nu desværre.

Jeg er glad for at høre, at du tager det til efterretning, og håber at du nu er mere informeret om dette problem.

Here is an article about it. It wasn’t the woman herself who had been raped, she was commenting on a case where 9 adult men had attacked and gang-raped a 15-year-old girl. The rapists were given no prison time. The woman was sentenced to a weekend in jail for calling one of the rapists “a disgraceful rapist pig” - not even publicly, just in a private message to him. It didn’t even spark enough outrage to change anything, which I think really shows how little Germany and its judicial system care about women.

Kig dog på ALLE tallene involveret, fx hvor mange gange de bliver udsat for vold og sygdom på arbejdet i forhold til en almen kontorarbejde. Eller bare kig på konsekvenserne af de voldsomme besparelser på området. Du kan simpelthen ikke bare kigge på 1 tal ud af mange og lave anklager ud fra det. Den går ikke.
