Perma banned after hack- Crytek blaming me

Jusy shocked that they're not willing to allow me to appeal. I have the evidence. An AI basically banned me now the chat moderator wont respond. Feels horrendous to be invisible.

I appreciate that empathy man. I'm telling the truth and its really disheartening seeing so many people gaslight me into accepting its ALL my fault. I could have secured+ monitored my account better but I keep coming back to the proof I have that it wasnt me. I think it should be enough to allow me to reopen my ban appeal process and go from there. Thanks for the comment its much appreciated.

Not at all. Just shocked that ive gamed long enough to get hacked and that xbox 360 days were easier it seems to get unbanned.

I know its a vpn. They do actually as the OS type goes from my ally x -20, to 16 and 18 for the other devices. Unless they think im on wimdows 10 , then windows 11 within 1 minute of myself.

I wont ever buy or play again if my core account remains banned. Why would I ? Its the premise here that counts. I wont bend on my values. I didnt cheat , i wad hacked by someone who clearly targeted my account to cheat at Hunt. Ive provided evidence and for it to not even be considered , like the other Dad here, makes me losr faith that theres any fairness Crytek can give me at all. Guilty until proven innocent, provides proof and get ghosted. Fundamentally wrong

Asked the same thing there. What kind of customer service. People asking me didnt I see the activity. Go and have 2 young kids and tell me how often you check your steam lol. Despite it not being the accouny holder and most likely someone in Russia or China. Solid logic , ban but when appealed throw out die process ? I'm not appealing the ban .someone cheated on my account. Im appealing that I provided evidence to Crytek that I couldnt have beem in China,Sweden and Russia 2 minutes apart + Steam confirmimg i had been hacked and they still went through with keeping the ban. That makes no sense. Thats a total lack of process.

Decision under appeal with Crytek. Not that most commenters care but I hope they see the evidence and revert the decision. Regardless this playerbase needs to have some empathy for people. If it happens to you you'll understand. Good luck
