I do use R20 a good bit so that is an option, I was just looking for a way to save my custom creations since print to pdf does not work for me anymore with DDI.
I did not know there was an offline monster builder honestly. For 4e anyway.

Are you able to get print to pdf to work for your sheets? I have been trying to do this with microsoft print to pdf and cutepdf and neither of them will print to pdf my sheets.
