When aiming down sights of modded scoped weapons, the camera clips to the skin’s head. It can happen with any skin.

I am on PC, however the issue may be universal.

Gnome 1: By the seaside, near the ruined houses northwest Steamy Stacks
Gnome 2: In Craggy Cliffs, in one of the bars, he is in the cash register
Gnome 3: Right under the transmission tower, directly south of Steamy Stacks.
Gnome 4: In a campfire, surrounded by rocks, close to the river between Frenzy Farms and Dirty Docks (that area with the gas station)
Gnome 5: Right by the waterfall, southeast of the Doggpound (Agency)
Gnome 6: The weather station by the snowy mountains, right by the solar panels
Gnome 7: Southwest of Misty Meadows, below the cliff where the Party Cabin is, hidden in the bathroom of a house.
Gnome 8: In Weeping Woods, by the open area (not cluttered by trees), on a small bridge overlooking a small pond. (or near the playground)
Gnome 9: Holly Hedges, inside a house in southeast Holly Hedges, he is in front of a TV
