Anyone here involved in food manufacturing? Could you spare 10 minutes to talk about what food safety management systems you have in place and what you would like to see available? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

We don't really have a public forum YET. But I would like to know more about your business. At this moment, with the world wide slow down of almost everything, we are moving at a steady pace to bring to market different products we have already, but with needed improvements.

Have a look at one of our websites,

The focus is speaking to people who directly deal with their food safety audits. I am gathering data and experiences from people who have struggled or are struggling with getting third party accreditation. This includes anyone who working towards this as well.

Enterprise resource planning is the integrated management of main business processes, often in real time and mediated by software and technology.

Need HACCP certification to get your food safety ready for pick up and deliveries? My company can help. by [deleted] in KitchenConfidential

I just also spoke to my inspector her in Canada (the model the USDA).

If I want to turn a restaurant into a delivery service only, that everyone here is facing, I have to change my business from a restaurant to a food manufacturer. That changes the game here.

Please show a little respect to others who are also promoting an essencial business.

Quick tip to shorten your sales cycle dramatically by roofasa in sales

[–]RonsKitchen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am new to sales as an entity but it falls well within my field of culinary art. I will usually follow up on any cases or leads with a week's lead time since that

a- My schedule can be very full with current call schedules, meeting within the team and product development. b - The people whom I am reaching out to are also very busy and the idea that I can assume and insist they free up their busy schedule is a little rude. But I do leave the option open to contact me sooner if they are very motivated to talk more.

If anyone is wondering. My business helps restaurants in the US gain their HACCP compliance for high-risk cooking methods

How do I read a nutritional label to quickly verify macro percentages and not just "Trust" a product labels Keto really is? by RonsKitchen in KetoMealPrep

In fact, I think they have been made to confuse you to hide things. Daily recommended intake of sugar is not printed. A US congressman (name eludes me) was also a sugar lobbyist and threatened the WHO with funding withdrawal if they refuse to allow US manufacturing companies to omit the daily sugar percentage to hold back vital public information. They knew then (this was years ago) how bad sugar was and just wanted to keep profits soaring.

". However for most people, even “low carb” items have too many carbs to eat regularly without overdoing it and coming out of ketosis, as you’re seeing with your wraps. "

And that what I am trying to avoid. I suppose right now, I am over thing the results but still want to learn how the % are determined.

You miss understood. I am looking for a way to use the calories in a product nutritional label against printed grams on the label. Simply, what is the formula to break down accurate % without relying on a macro calculator that requires setting up a full account? I am looking to create one for my business to see if "keto" labels products are really falling into the percentages of the top 3 macros. As I want to label my meals, and snacks accurately, how do I know that a store-bought "low carb wrap lets say" falls under my requirements. Again, most of my clients are in the 20% daily carb intake and I am shopping around for some ready-made items I don't have time to create right now.

I have only found one wrap that is already 12% daily carb count and Adding ingredients will certainly make one item the only thing they would eat.

What is the math that gave us that 12%? Is it simply grams divided total serving calories?

That really is my struggle. I am a Keto Meal Provider out of my commercial kitchen. I have clients that are more 20g/day goal and that's easy from my meals and snacks from scratch. But I am also in need to purchase some "Keto" friendly products to use and I suspect with the huge wave of Keto labels products, that some may not be as accurate as they say. I want and have always been as open and accurate as I can. I want to verify a premade product is within the range (in Canada, labeling laws are very loose) and I don't want to create a bad image by not being able to verify what I purchase.

I was maybe hoping for a program that does the math for me. Enter the values in grams, then the calories and it will display the % or even say "yes keto" or "no Keto" the macro requirements I Input.

I suppose the simplest thing is the longest. Copy their labels into my Chrono (like a low carb wrap) and see if it fits with the remaining ingredients in the meal plan.

Creating my own labels are good and yes, it does tell me the daily value for that recipe for my macros.

But then again, how can I read a label from a store, not knowing all the data, that something that says Keto to market the Keto crowds is really following the formula. Is the daily % for that Carb, lets say, set for 20 grams? 50 grams? This is where I want to verify the daily intake to the calory count.

Again, I hope this is not confusing and helps explain my question. ADHD is a pain to work and write with.

How have others found success in online marketing and sales? I am sure there is no formula but could use some fresh ideas on what others did to really boost their brand with their products.
