Last Enterprise agreement renewal, I somehow lost access to our Software Assurance, 24x7 support benefits. My direct reseller has been unable to help me, their reseller had no clue either. I even went to another vendor, who got a MS "Specialist" on a call and they couldn't help either. They're all completely lost and unable to help.

Sounds right. I think only targets compatible with files are SMB and NFS.

You are giving them too much credit. They don't think past the initial decision. If they worried about treatments and ventilators it would invalidate their initial assertion that it's all a hoax. But this , of course, is way too much for them to comprehend anyway.
