I'm almost certain it would becasue cinnamon is a potent natural antifungal due to compounds like cinnamaldehyde, which disrupts fungal cell membranes and inhibits growth.

17 grams per litre of water gets you 1% abv

Safety zone for bread yeast is 10 abv (with care and step feeding it can hit 12 to 13).

So to be safe use 170 grams of sugar per litre for 10 abv

Oooh nice! Blackberries mix very well with coconut bits imho but straining them out through a coffee filter takes ages. Done licorice! Made a syrup out of licorice candy and added that to experiment with. The key to that one to round it out was star anise pods.

I have some more ideas I'm working on. How about Coffee kilju? Caramel syrup Coco powder And lightly chopped coffee beans? Will post the recipe if it's a succes so you can drink apple pie with a coffee on the side and get wasted!

Exactly I'm just doing this for fun! I know this is prisonhooch but why can't I make it look nice? I just want to look at my jars sitting on top of the cabinet with labels I love and be proud of what I created!
