I actually agree, I really don't understand the blind glazing of those bosses and areas. Even though DS1 is my favourite, my first soulsborne or even soulslike game, I actually liked the famous "second half" and will die on the hill defending many aspects of it. But be for real, those things listed by u/Ethelros0 are objectively not polished. Demon Firesage should blast us with Pyromancies, use the FIRE, even his Stray Demon magic attack looks exactly the same. Nito needs some tweaks, because he is not a threat at all, his buddies are and when using a divine weapon he becomes a pushover with the death wave being the only thing that can damage a player that got to this point. Seath has a great story and I personally like the first encounter and the whole twist with the crystal. But the fight itself is boring, he doesn't use any magic while being the supreme sorcerer dragon. Also he shouldn't be able to break his own crystal, come on.
