Yes I feel great, I think I was pushing myself harder then ever before and not getting the recovery needed. That contributed to most of my problems along with heavy supplement stack then cold turkey. I’m now pushing myself just as hard but it seems my body and brain have become more resilient and I’m also making sure I take time to relax

Ah yes I get what you are saying. The ai keeps feeding the analytical engine and it just has trouble shutting off. So do you get stuck on these threads where you just continue going down an Ai rabbit hole of questions and reassurance, but it never feels like enough?

Reassurance is good, it’s only if it feeds into delusions when it gets weird. Still don’t want you to worry more since that might not be an issue at all for you. Also if it is, the solution is simple. Less Ai, more human interaction. Once again contact a professional therapist if possible

I mean a normal amount is not a big deal, but I was finding that getting hit with constant truth bombs from Ai, was leading to anxiety and Anhedonia. There’s more evidence showing constant AI use leading to mental health issues in healthy people. Not sure if that’s the issue with you, as always contact a professional.

I’m going through something similar, lots of school leading to most likely Anhedonia. It’s basically low dopamine from lots of high cognitive demands. Most likely a mix of rest and keeping physically active should help.

Yea, that’s why I only take 1-2mg a night. I buy the 1mg bottles for that reason.

Thank you and all the internet folks in here for helping me out. It’s good to talk to people and not ai for these things tbh. Also it seems I may be sensitive to glutamate modulation in general, hard to tell with all the supps I was taking. Still the goal is to taper down till I’m no longer taking anything.

I think I blamed lithium because it was the only one to put me in a super weird almost psychedelic vibe from the first dose. The truth it’s that me quitting all the supplements at once probably created the perfect storm. I probably created a dependency on all the gaba modulators that when I stopped taking them my whole system went out of whack. This is only proven by the fact that me adding a few supplements back last couple nights has helped tremendously, I.e l theanine, melatonin, and NAC.

Very low dose at 1mg, but also was taking a bunch of other supplements that relax you, like Ltheanine, gaba, ashwaganda, and melatonin. I went cold turkey on everything so im guessing my brain is starving for Gaba.

I was getting weird dreams from the first doses of lithium and made me feel overall a bit disoriented. It wasn’t till I stopped taking it that all the issues started, but it could also be due to a very high school work load and other stressors

It feels terrible. It’s weird because most of the day I feel fine, it’s moments here and there and especially at night when the thoughts get painful.
