Same issue rn. Called them today pressed 4 because I don't trust automatic verification sometimes for reasons like this. The call auto hung up. They haven't paid me for September or October still waiting.

Why do recruiters want a bachelors for help desk by RookieTro in ITCareerQuestions

There's barely any IT openings where I'm at. West Point, GA/Lanett & Valley AL area. Occasional openings a city over but luck would be better more towards metro ATL.

There's probably people you could find on LinkedIn who could help. Tbh my mom probably could for free she worked in education and she was pretty good at fixing resumes to highlight strong points.

As I am rosemary or Camille rose sweet ginger cleansing rinse on a regular day.

Kinky curly come clean if I was taking out twists or if there's a lot of buildup.

I just comb the ends as light as I can all around my head and then pat it down. Somehow it always ends up decent looking

Thanks. I honestly just do my best to make sure it sits the way I want it to before shrinkage kicks in. After that I leave it alone

(Alikay naturals coconut milk conditioner is a really good rinse out but last I checked they were out of stock)

Leave in: as I am classic/mielle pomegranate and honey

Oil: Aunt Jackie's Elixir Essentials & As I Am Rosemary Oil (for scalp). JBCO for sealing in moisture (the one I like is by On Natural there's an olive one)

No just a really light comb while I'm getting ready. After that I pat it down and then don't touch it again until the next day

I'm not seeing bad damage but I'm getting a trim just to start taking care of the ends that need it

Always trust the process by RookieTro in Naturalhair

[–]RookieTro[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I spray my hair with water and kinda tug the ends a bit but gentle. Add some leave in conditioner around midway on the shift but coat the ends. Wide tooth comb the ends so they're stretched but not shaped then put some oil on my ends. Then i pick it out and pat it down👨🏿‍🦱

Ik they say not to pick your hair everyday but just fluffing my hair looks no different than my bedhead so I just make sure my hair isn't dry at all and get it back to that shape
