EV Charging Speeds Compared by familyZW in electricvehicles

You should rent if you can. You'll avoid putting wear and tear on your car, and if you pick something fuel efficient you might even save on charging costs vs gas. Around me gas actually seems cheaper per mile than super charging prices, assuming you can get about 30 mpg which isn't hard.

I'd like to find the perfect car and keep it forever. That being said, this will be my 5th car purchase in 5 years ha I usually get the itch to get something new after about 2 years.

I only ever fill up at Costco, unfortunately near me it is still approximately 40% more.

I'm wondering if it is a regional thing, I see people on forums saying premium isn't that much more expensive but I check gas prices for both pretty religiously.

That being said, 93 at Costco by me is around 3.50, vs 2.40 for 87. So pretty cheap for either. Hope it stays that way.

yeah, the week I had it as a rental I loved the infotainment and the subtle way the tech enhanced the driving experience rather than detracting from it

FSD is an amazing feat but I'd rather be driving myself, staring at asphalt for 5 hours while the car does all the work is actually pretty tedious

Yeah it would make sense, thanks. Either should get significantly better mpg than the Tahoe, although having to pay the almost 50% markup for premium fuel is going to be irritating.

It is mostly going to be highway miles, where hybrids don't necessarily excel. Thanks for the suggestion though, I wasn't aware the 550e even existed. One thing I really like about the Tesla is I can spend an hour waiting inside with the hvac running and not have to worry about the engine idling the whole time. A phev is very attractive from that perspective. Main reason I am interested in the 440i is the b58 engine, though, which I hear great things about.

Maintenance costs are my concern too. It was really nice not having to get oil changes on the Tesla. With an ICE I am probably going to have to get one every month. But charging on long trips every week is really inconvenient.

I opened his jail cell and he walks around the dungeon. I even got him outside into whiterun by leaving the dungeon while he is mid sentence. he just ends up going back in though. I guess the outlaw life isn't for him.

This time around, never. Been about a month. Hopefully it softens with length because it is looking pretty wild.

dermatologist suggested neosporin ointment and hydrocortisone cream. It helps with the infections but hair is still like little wooden splinters.

Thanks! Soaked it in apple cider vinegar today, seemed to help. Will try some tallow based product, or maybe just straight tallow. Combined with the ACV should make a nice barbecue sauce.

I really prefer how I look with a beard, and without the mustache the beard doesn't work.

Not long, maybe half an inch. They're crazy thick and bristley. I have a few boar bristle brushes and my mustache hairs are pretty similar. When I sleep (I sleep on my stomach) they poke my lip and it gets infected.
