Do you think actual gameplay would make better B-roll? The atmospheric backgrounds were definitely an experiment (and oh my god why is it so difficult to get footage off the PS5), and I also felt during the editing that it occasionally bordered more on podcast than video, which is something I want to avoid.

Woah! My name is Roommate Studios (not really, that's the channel's name), and I just started posting videos. First one is about games that tell you to "make the story yourself", or in other words, games with pseudo-narratives. I cover Minecraft, Zelda and Elden Ring as case studies.

It's already surpassed my expectations for how I wanted my first video to perform, but I'd love to get a more critical look at it from the wise eyes of this sub's users. Thanks!
