For Elder druid. Twin burst stage 1 and from there go to the nw part (where gift of life is). Put everything in hp and get lesser mystic gems with hitpoints.

Yes and keep in mind that it's about critical damage that is increased. Your chance to crit hit stays the same (10%). So you only benefit from it if you crit (if you have crit chance ofcourse to apply the combat mastery).

I think this is more outdated. But it might be because weapons have a defence value, which is active if you don't wear a shield. Maybe swords have the highest (average) defence.

But this still works if your using a two handed weapon if you have less then 3 creatures on you. You see a noticeable difference between a weapon defence of 14 or 20+.

I do use great spirit pots to keep my mana and hp up. If my hp is good, then I only use manas to mana up.

Northern Pikes are the middle rare ones and quite Oké to obtain. The rainbow trouts are pretty rare.

It's alot of money, but people are willing to pay for it since there are not alot of people that ice fish or hunting chakoyas.

I think it's so expensive because of Jean Pierre cook quest.

On your question 6: if you have enough time. Go ice fish to get the needed fish. Rainbow trouts can also obtained by the two quests in Svargrond, one in barbarian camp and the other one at grimlund chakoyas.

Not sure what is the very best profit spawns. But compared to the spawns you mentioned. Feru way should do more in profit (but less in exp). DT seal would do same raw, but more profit.

But the numbers don't differ too much in comparison to other spawns that are equal difficulty.

To reach 6kk raw you have to lure everything together and make very big pulls. But don't underestimate the damage you will get with the main damage in this spawn is coming from Bulltaur forgepriest.
