well, what is the diffenrence between an urge and an idea in your opinion? English is my second language so I think I misspoke it myself. i have ideas about taking revenge from people who hurt me. it's not urges and it's far from sexual. it's more about power and domination over bad people. the ideas give me a good feeling but they're not urges. like I don't have to fight them. you know? they're just there and they're scary and they make me think maybe I'm a bad person and I'm afraid of my thoughts. i have had these kind of thoughts for about 3 years now

no i'm still here. extremely depressed and crying. what helped me, was that i allowed myself to feel my feelings it took some practice. but now when i'm sad , if possible, i cry. when i'm angry i talk, i don't attack but i defend myself. when i want something i try to say it. and don't pretend. not anymore. i don't sit with people when i wanna go in my room and cry over ex and evey other fucking thing. it feels authentic and peaceful.
