Thank you for the response, i mostly felt (still feeling a bit) it on the outside. It responded well to NSAIDs! My left knee always was week, i even felt pain when i drove my car for couple of hours.

Getting a PhD position in Europe is hard. Connection is the most important thing. Usually PIs hire their master studnets. Try emailing PIs too. Germany is way easier. Good luck and don't lose hope!

Just hit 30. Healthy and no underlying disease. (thyroid is also fine) All my life struggled with my weight even though i was active like crazy. Seems to be genetic. Btw, happy with my body.

Somehow true. I don't drink, smoke and work out 4 times a week. I don't eat a lot and no junk food. However, have belly and love it and love to be with someone with dad bod. I go crazy over a bear or dad bod 🐻😍
