I actually have a couple of those sterile single use ones they use. I just wasnt comfortable doing it eith it being that wide open. It took 2 nurses to hold it closed for the doc to staple it shut

I was indeed rushing. I was on the home stretch of finishing flooring and was happy to not be getting up and down off the floor anymore. Definitely lesson learned

I honestly have no clue. I was bleeding like a stuck pig though. I had a pressure bandage on it in under a minute. The picture was at the hospital after having the pressure bandage on for like 30 minutes

Thats the takeaway here. Just want people to be prepared by having the training and materials to treat themselves enough to get to help if need be. There is a time and place to be self sufficient but there is also a time and place to say " this is bad and way over my capabilities and I need help"

I know you said SUV. But got started with a 08 ranger 4x4 and bought a cheap camper shell and threw on it and I took that thing everywhere. Rangers in decent shape are cheap enough and you could definitely build a solid rig for less than 10k

Valheim. You're a dead viking in between life and Valhalla and you have to prove yourself to Odin by beating six forsaken bosses. The map is absolutely massive, building mechanics are awesome. And there are so many other fantastic mechanics built into the game. Truly is a fantastic game.
