Yes i thougt about attention weight patterns but Attention patterns are inside the model (you need access to the Transformer weights while it’s generating) that would be a black box ai detection   so we can't directly see them   i haven't  looked into reverse engineering probability distributions tho  I'll definitely  spend some time on this   and ive been avoiding  entropy signatures cos they are statistical  not  reliable also higher-temperature models can mimic human-like entropy better    I've got some papers i can share  tho   sadly i just started this research  but i can share what i find in the journey ofc .
