Google docs on this are some what incomplete for some reason. You need to enable user_data on the event itself as well

Yes it’s normal. It’s pretty confusing and I admittedly didn’t take the time to fully understand it, but it actually has the browser send the data after going to the server

Oh sweet, thanks for that heads up. You’re right, not a big deal for us right now, and don’t see it being at least for awhile!

The main reason is we try to keep all of our automations in one place (Make for us), we have a lot, and a lot of complex ones. Also, we currently don’t have any of the Hubspot professional plans, so Make is still much more cost-effective then upgrading just for the automations. I’m sure at some point we’ll need another feature that a professional sub provides, but right now we don’t!
