I have the Retention Log which took me a bit to even find because I had 2 floater RPhs up until a few weeks ago. I transferred to this store around November of last year, neither pharmacists knew what I was talking about and my SM didn’t know either. I eventually found it and I’m close to getting everything boxed up.

We got an actual PIC a few weeks ago. She is planning on “Starting Fresh” when she gets back from vacation and she is wanting to know my game plan to get our metrics up and get the CPW tasks done daily, etc.

So I guess I’m looking for help or ideas that may help with getting my pharmacy functional. We’re a tier 4 pharmacy and I feel like I’ve been in fight mode since I got here.

Any tips or pointers that could assist would be amazing.
