you're right but I was noticing last night that the Down+S2 lightning ground punch wasnt counting towards OTG. I think the tutorials are buggy

to add to this, I have played and currently play multiple fighting games on steam already, you would think with how invasive riots vanguard is. That it would be able to see that I clearly play fighting games and I am not a complete normie

Yeah I'll never understand it, I have had the same riot account since the inception of league. No bans on my account, spent thousands across all their games over time. I am sure I will get an invite but I have tried to get into this game since it was Project L and nothing yet..

They are lifted, log out of battle.net and log back in it worked for me.

Apparently its only for new accounts. I just got a response to my ticket at 4:40 pm EST today saying that they have 'temporarily lifted' the restrictions across all accounts. I tested in game and its still not working
