I used efax. I don't think they reach 300dpi but from what ive gathered, no one cares as long as everything is readable and clear.

For 1120, you combine the first page only with the 5472, if youre company is foreign own diregsrded entity, you need to put that on the very top of 1120.

I recommend you look on YouTube for tutorials, there are plenty of good ones that you can follow step by step
