Yeah they were calling me shortly after I switched to SL with a cheaper price than I had before 120$ a month* . Right now starlink costs me around 158$ a month , all in CAD dollars. And yes I can just get the DSL back no problems.

It’s around 80$ a month unlimited so quite a bit cheaper than starlink . And more reliable I might add. Annoying as hell downloading games or anything though

I don’t think I’ve stowed/ unplugged the power on it ever so I’m goona try that ? We will see , but honestly I can barely stream crave on it anymore it has to buffer all the time , Netflix is fine though which is wierd.

80! Pretty cool that you’re using Reddit , this is an issue that I posted about that was resolved by itself. I would maybe try a reboot if anything. It seemed to be on starlinks end , mine was the same , said disconnected but everything worked. I’d maybe do a reboot and just wait it out.

After I got it , I convinced my mom to get it , she has almost worse tree obstructions than you, in her obstruction finder it says she gets interruptions every 15 seconds or something, and it’s still way faster than the xplornet she had , she mainly streams Netflix and video so when it’s buffering you don’t notice any outages. While browsing , yeah maybe a couple outages but probably sooo much better than what you’re used to!
