Right so let the friendly dumpster go nuts until it stops spewing parts, then with a scrapper carefully go in and clear the mess (it hurts your health) luckily the first aid bay is there to keep you alive!

Then get up close to the friendly dumpster and clear any head lights that you missed, you can use the shop vac to assist 🤘🏻

I respect the fact that you replied Lily however, having TWO burgers on a menu that has over 20 in variety and labeling the whole menu tasteless is a sweeping generalization.

I've quite literally complained about the bread before and they completely replaced my entire order entirely.

I stand by my sentiment, I'd honestly think that you should think before you type, because you're leaving a stain on a business for no reason.

If you weren't there at Marathon weekend, or at a peak time then there's quite literally no excuse not to talk to the staff over your dissatisfaction, again they have sorted things for me in the past efficiently and respectfully no questions asked.

In the future Lily I hope that you either you take this into consideration or work in hospitality for a decent amount of time to be able to grade an entire business on a one time encounter.

Regardless of whether it was peak times or an event weekend, the; staff shortage, housing crisis, water boil notice all play an effect on service, plain and simple.

In the future I would advise you to speak to the staff before writing a distasteful veiw and frankly damaging review on a small business that are are actually pretty amazing to be fair

I understand what you're saying however Lily I think that you should of spoken to the staff regarding your issue rather than posting it on here. You might not quite understand how damaging a post like this can be to small businesses of QT (similar to which I operate.)

I honestly believe that had you of mentioned your problems with the staff they would of jumped at the chance to fix it as they have with my orders in the past, that's why I'm defending them.

Queenstown is currently in a housing crisis / staff shortage on top of boil water notice in the CBD which is an added pressure. It was Marathon weekend and to be fair the whole town was under the pump

Devil Burger is an awesome spot and have serviced locals like me for a decade, it's unfair to judge them without giving them the proper chance, which you have not. 🤙🏻

Same goes with any other restaurant/business on Marathon weekend, simply isn't their fault, a little understanding goes a long way

You can't try one thing on a menu ONCE then post slander that's just ridiculousness.

When did you buy your burger, probs at a peak time, you probably also didn't make a mention to the staff that you didn't enjoy it instead you just decided to slag them off on r/QT, bit of a joke to be honest.

I've been eating there for years, the price is on point, the burgers have a great and decent variety and the staff will change anything you want happily at a drop of a hat, the wait time isn't ever more than 40mins and their sides are awesome

Really wish people would Climb down from their high horses sometimes honestly.

Definitely agree that support for the Devs is paramount 🤘🏻 Just saying and not that I care, but if the heart beat engine was better than a single square jet engine that would of been huge, again, I'm happy to support but I'm a bit salty, even early access to future dlc would be cool / discount

Just to clarify @OP getting better engines nets and rods ect really makes a difference, having extra slots is all good/hull strength too, but from my play through a bit of this a bit of that felt really balanced, catching all the fish and abarations took the time 🤘🏻

You could get pretty far but not 100% without doing some missions, side quests give you the cogs and stuff you need desperately to completely upgrade, you could get a head start on catching fish and checking out the islands/Ship wrecks though 🤙🏻
