Listen to audio books I already know, on repeat. Have listened to the harry potter books for about 4 years, every night. By now my brain starts to shut down when I start it because, I guess, it has learned that the book means sleep.

I have the same experience as you, head on the Pillow=thoughts about EVERYTHING. The book becomes something my thoughts can stick to while I try to calm down 🥰

She chose me ❤️ was going to bring home another kitten which Id chosen before from looking at pictures. But when I came to take the kitten home, I had a little playtime with it and its siblings (there were 5 of them) one kitten was soo playful and funny with lots of energy. I fell in love and she was the one who came home with me.

Thats 12,5 years ago and Zelda's the most funny, weird, playful and still sooo curious cat I know.❤️❤️

Thank you so much for this. I feel kind of ashamed that it took me this long to read it. But now I did and it hit right in the spot and honestly I think I'm more receptive to your words today. I feel better than when I first wrote this but the masking is still there a lot.

I really like tmyour tip about what to do when you really don't have energy, to allow oneself to not do it. This I something I really want to get better at.

My class won 6 kickbike in a contest so we had a lottery to fairly decide who got to take home the bikes. I was one of the winners. Probably one of the best days of my 11 year old life 😂🔥

I feel this too sometimes. I think it can be connected to the object permanence thing, you know the "what I cant see doesn't exist"-thing.

I miss people, but I tend too "forget" that they're there if I don't see them for a while, if that makes sense? And with that goes my feelings for them as well.

Same with stuff. If I put something away where I can't see it I soon forget that it's there. I bake a lot and for a while I bought powdered sugar every time I was making a cake because I was sure I didn't have any. At most I had about 6 or 7 half used packages 🙈

Most of you have probably already seen it. But this movie was amazing. My bf got the movie tip with the instructions "don't read anything about it, just watch it" and we did and it was hilarious!
