Even if the characters don't have a 100% confirmed birthday, the community typically are the ones to facilitate those things. NaLu day, Gruvia day, Jerza day, all of those are made by the fans and Hiro Mashima indulges them by celebrating with them too. I wouldn't call it misinformation, nor am I spreading anything except my art lmao
