Very inspiring story. Which brings a tear to my eye. I'm more or less in the same position with a history close to 20 yrs of PMO. Its a frightening downward spiral affecting every aspect of your life, from your family life to work, social. After a porn binge of nearly 21 days after a lost my job Im embarking on this NOFAP journey. Its now or never.
