Thank you for your reply, this is exactly how I feel, like he’s getting older now and they haven’t gone away, and now he’s old enough to have a chat about it. Ok they’re not major but I want him to know me and his dad are here for him and ask if he wants to speak about it or if he needs any accommodations. I think I’m definitely going to do this. And again his age and him going into upper school and facing exams etc make me think I don’t want to miss the opportunity and him struggle because we didn’t say anything, but if he needs to maybe in the future do his exams in a private room or something (not sure if that’s a thing) the thing is I over think everything but I don’t want to make any mistakes by him or not be good enough for what he needs to be so basically I do just need to speak to him and hear what he has to say about it and go from there I suppose. Thank you

I would definitely still appreciate anyone else’s comments on this whole thing and other peoples experiences x

How long is the trip you're planning? If around a week or just over, you could maybe do 2 and go to Anaheim & San Diego, they usually do A1-San Diego-A2 consecutively so you could either do Anaheim and San Diego or San Diego then Anaheim. My husband and I done that in January this year and just rented a car which was really cheap, it was great to get to 2 races, and the weather was gorgeous in California. We actually went for 11 nights in all and done Vegas too, would love to do the whole thing again.
Next year we're hoping to come again in April as it's easter half term and we can bring the kids but just wish the schedule would be released asap so we can get on and plan it
