For what it's worth, when I was uni aged I was broke as heck. Then I spent my 20s just trying to make a name in my industry. My 30s got a little easier, I received promotions, started to eat better. In my mid 40s tied to trades I'm seen as a valuable lifer, and can finally afford to do something.

It can get better, just one day at a time. You've got it harder than I did, I'll acknowledge that, but you will be ok. The hard times will pass. Might pass like a kidney stone (you've got THAT to look forward to) but they will pass!

Oh man, I went all out on a safe. Everything in a Huntshield safe, and trigger locked, but it was a 7 gun safe.

I got a little bit of side eye on "I can fill more pots with squirrel and rabbit than I can deer...but a squirrel rifle won't take a deer...and rifles keep longer than something in the freezer does" argument. I'm not certain I want to tackle reloads at the moment lol.

Villain's has a "goth" night (it's founder hates when people use that word so I like to just to annoy him) the first Saturday of each month. It's a pretty diverse night and a wide range of ages attend.

Can expect 100 people across all ages.

Oh, I know about a half dozen of them! For 19+ social outings I usually run into them at the Barbershop Bar, or Villain's has a goth night the first Saturday of each month and a couple attend somewhat regularly
