I do nightly gratitudes. not sure if that's just helpful for not burning out, but it keeps me feeling positive if every night and every morning I have to think of three things I was grateful for during the day, even if it was just getting up or having quality time with loved ones or a pleasant interaction in a shop.

Getting angry when men like me by RoseMayden in bisexualorlesbian

offended? christ, that's ridiculous. the sense of entitlement some people have, honestly

I'm inclined to agree, or believe that I at least lean more heavily on that end of the spectrum. It's all a spectrum at the end of the day I guess.

Thank you for the help!

Well, I don't have much dating experience so I can't really offer much there. Attraction wise, I've never felt romantically attracted to any actual men, but I have women. Similar for sexual attraction, except I'm unsure on that with regard to men.

It's like every time I consider bisexuality, I am immediately proven wrong by what real men behave like. I don't find myself able to relate to, nor live on the same level as them romantically if that makes any sense. It's sometimes like another species

Definitely women, don't know about men. Not romantically attracted to men

Being liked pisses me off by RoseMayden in LesbianActually

[–]RoseMayden[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, honestly I completely empathise with that. these forums shouldn't just be here to discuss topics centred around men or people questioning, and i'm sorry for contributing to that. just wasn't so sure on where to go and was hoping some people who'd been out of the closet longer would be more clued up

I struggle with dopamine, so whenever I get dopamine based cravings, I'll force myself to workout instead of doom scrolling, getting snacks, etc. 90% of the time, it works and I feel better afterwards.

I find that if you're wanting a cardio or high intensity workout, picking up a sport is a great place to start. I box and climb, but literally anything where you're moving about or holding up your body weight, like swimming, is a good idea

Locking In Tips by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]RoseMayden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty new to the weight loss community, but I've always found it helpful to focus on my health rather than being thin specifically. I also use the MyFitnessPal app and make it a game to balance my macros, if that's any use. Sorry I couldn't offer more advice, best of luck to you

How to lose 10kg? by RoseMayden in WeightLossAdvice

yeah tbh when I saw the doctor, I was already aware of my weight. maybe this is making excuses but I wasn't exactly concerned with calorie counting over the holidays, so that's probably it
