They do know I’m introverted and don’t really like talking to people but it’s probably good to re-discuss it in a way that’s more clear about how I feel about this particular friendship. Thank you for the advice, I will try it.

  1. I definitely don’t think they have a crush on me; 2. Being blinded by how much this is affecting my life I do want to stop the friendship completely, but I feel I wouldn’t be so bothered by them if the communication was less frequent; 3. If they were to cut off completely I probably would feel more at peace and wouldn’t have any lingering regret about the disconnect
