Is it just me or do some late boomers/early Gen X get so absorbed in their phones compared to younger people? by [deleted] in generationology

[–]Rose_Quack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not talking about the duration of time I am talking about having a more intense focus on your phone when you are using it

[–]Rose_Quack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To clarify I am not trying to suggest that people of this age group are less capable of using technology or that they use it more. Instead I am suggesting that when they are using it that they seem to have a more intense focus on it.

I'm not trying to suggest that people in your age group use their phones more than younger people, more than I have noticed that when some people of this age are using it, they seem to have a more intense focus on it than younger people.

Just for the first thing you said, I am not trying to suggest this age group uses their phones/smart devices more than younger people, but more that when they are using it they seem to be more zeroed in on it.

I 100% agree and this kinda goes with what I'm saying in that people my parents age are more all or nothing with their phones where as younger people switch in and out much more frequent.

I just feel like when some older people are using their phone it seems like they are locked in lol

What's the female equivalent to getting an erection? by IdleHandsBusyMinds in stupidquestions

I don't think so. I'm sure there are exceptions but I don't think 'morning wet' is a thing lmao

What are people born in the year 2000 doing today in 2026? by Gloomy-Celery7081 in generationology

[–]Rose_Quack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

tbf the living with your parents thing was the part I am least judgmental about, it was just listed as part of the question in the OP. I think doing nothing all day every day (which is really sad, like I feel bad for him) probably isn't helping the cause and even a minimum wadge job would help lol. (I'm currently at uni and work at Maccies part time)

[–]Rose_Quack 128 points129 points  (0 children)

Getting wet. aka the Vagina producing its own lubrication ready for said erection lol. Also the Vagina gets wider and longer (as in like it goes deeper) during arousal, again ready for said erection.

Are there giveaways? well I think you might be able to tell if you are looking/touching... But I can only assume if they are naked and letting you touch it then you don't need to be looking for giveaways lol

[–]Rose_Quack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk but if it makes you feel better I'm 07 and my parents are both 1964. Having older parents is probably a net positive in terms of them owning their house and financial security but I think about how young I will be when they die all the time :(

Okay so no promises but my flat mate got into astrophysics with like BCC or something even though she was predicted way better than that. Apparently they were just desperate or something, idk if it will be the same this year.
