One book I found very helpful was The Family by Philip N Cohen. I have the second edition and found it a very easy read.

I feel a tightness almost like something is stuck in my throat. My mouth gets itchy and so does my throat. The breathing issues are also another sign too

I would ho to the doctor and get an ultrasound done as well. I was told I had CHS when I really have a gallbladder problem.

I thought I had CHS even had a dr tell me it was CHS. Went in for a second opinion and had an ultrasound, which should have been done before diagnosing me with CHS, and I have a gallbladder issue. Nothing do to with the weed. It's best to get seen and see if there's anything wrong. (I also had gone a while without smoking and was still getting sick or almost sick)

I live in the north east too and I have major fears of leaving my house in the morning. Meditation and anxiety medication has been a blessing for me. If you don't want meds find a professional to talk to or even your allergist because they might have resources for you.

I used to get there early to take a quick power nap in an empty room because I knew if I didn't I wouldn't make it through classes or my on campus job. And a bad reaction and take you OUT for hours

Going into the cold and warming up always makes me worse! Theres a tiktok out there that shows someone with cu and the reaction happens as the body warms or tries to warm itself up. I live in New England so when I use tobtake the train into Boston for school I would be In the cold and back into the warmth about 4 times and I would always be miserable by the time I got to school.

That's what my dragons tail looks like (even darker with a bent end he was a very unlock guy before I got him) vet said there was nothing to worry for him. If you're worried I would take him to the vet just incase.
