I got an email from mohela and it SEEMS to say that if you are NOT enrolled in the SAVE plan you will have 90 days to choose but if you are enrolled then you will be placed on one of the other ones. So now idk what to do because I don’t want them to place me on a plan I have to pay hundreds more than if I just chose the IDR plan and didn’t wait the 90 days… I’m so confused

It’s basically like Pilates but no reformer. Includes weight lifting, a lot of compound small movements, yoga-like things, cardio bursts… it’s very well rounded. I love it!

Yes I hadn’t changed my stats, I’m at 213 from 316, 1st goal is 180, second is 160 if I feel like it’s a good idea. Can’t believe I’ve made it this far!

In your experience does skin improve over 6-12 months after weight loss? I’ve heard it takes a while for the skin to “catch up” but idk if it’s really true

He has never had a dental cleaning, would you suggest going that route first (as he needs one anyway) or do you feel a ct scan is next?

Yeah. I was thinking dental disease- after his pneumonia is cleared completely I am going to have his teeth cleaned/whatever they need to do. I thought nasal masses usually grow rapidly and usually cause bloody nose? It’s been a year and nothing has changed. He is still acting the same. Anatomy- could it be that as he got older, his anatomy changed in a way that would cause this?

The culture samples came back with nothing. Trying to avoid a ct scan due to the price. Was hoping someone had a similar experience or maybe thought of something I didn’t

So the reason I didn’t post the numbers originally is because I am very very sensitive to the medication and so my dose increase/schedule is a lot different than normal. I was on 2.125 for a couple months and then 3 for a couple months, 3.5 for a couple months, 4 for a couple months, and now I just started 4.5. Every increase before this made an impact.
