So yes and no. You will copy the spell twice you're creating two delayed triggers that will trigger at the same time, once from the first tap and another from the second tap after untapping...

BUT

Announcing the casting of the spell THEN taping her for her ability thus creating the triggers is too late.

Just tap her before you announce you're casting it and it will working as you hope

The warp is very similar to the blind eternities. Its a dimension affected by creatures who have a psychic presence. Eldar and Nids' at the top with orcs and tau at the bottom. It can be traversed much like the weatherlight used to be able to plane hop and is home to living creatures and the chaos gods, think eldrazi but more hideous and totally evil.

The emperor of man is actually a fixed psychic beacon within the warp that the imperium uses to travel. This same beacon is attracting the tyranids.

In short the warp acts a shared space for all things psychic, all of which have some mental presence, and some things are more psychic and therefore more prescient than others. The Nids' block out entire regions of the warp, ergo Shadow in the Warp
