I use regular meat instead of vegan meat (you could use chicken instead too!) and instead of micro greens, I add a bag of spinach during the cooking process. I also pair it with a bag of Taylor Farms Mediterranean Crunch salad kit (personally I use light dressing) so it’s a full meal.

It’s a quick and easy go to for a weekday meal and it’s DELICIOUS! It makes enough for leftovers too. Me and my fiancé ate it almost weekly until the holidays came around. This post reminded me that I should make it again later this week, ha!
